When approached to develop your website, we'll first arrange to meet you and go over your requirements. At this point you're not committed to anything. We'll discuss your alternatives, balance your "needs" against your "wants" and hopefully find the best cost-effective solution for you. We'll sit with you and sketch out a "site map" so you can understand what will go into your site, and be comfortable with the concept.

When an agreement on the best approach is reached, we'll give you a price based on the factors included throughout this section. If agreed on, $300.00 advance fee is required to register your domain, set up, hosting and develop your basic design concept.

After you approve the basic design concept, we'll build your complete site and get you launched. In most cases, you won't pay the remainder until the job is completely finished, however, if your job is a large drawn out project, (over a month or 2 while information is compiled and/or created) some interim payments may be required.

Please note that, at Mediawerx we always try to be as flexible as possible to meet your particular needs, therefore not everything is cast in stone. If you need special considerations, we'll always try to accommodate.
